Project Manager Adam Chandler is a credit to the building industry. He is trustworthy, experienced, calm, polite, very approachable and only interested in finding creative workable solutions (when does a build not encounter problems.!) He was very knowledgeable but more importantly had a team of long standing highly skilled trades people who worked only for him (beware subbies) delivered quality work on time and were always conscientious and helpful. The best thing was Adam always responded promptly to any phone call 24/7 and answered all emails in detail. So communication also via Katy Sperring Co-Ordinator was top notch.
